I met him at First Watch in Sarasota last year, is a sweetheart, for realz. Posed for pictures, signed autographs, talked basketball. Couldn't be a nicer guy.

He's annoying as shite. He and commentators like him are half the reason I just don't like watching much college basketball.

It's gotten a lot worse with age. He's actually a pretty good analyst when he's not screaming his head off. I got to meet him once when I was at a Ray's game (he lives in Sarasota). Sat and talked for a solid 20 minutes just about UK and who had the best shot at the NC that year. So it drives me crazy to see what he's resorted to as one of ESPN's mouthpieces.

I like him. I don't watch a lot of college basketball so any time I tune in and he is announcing I can immediately figure out who the diaper dandies are on the floor.
