7-3 in '59

They had a moral victory in '14 by getting to hang a playoff ranking banner after getting raped by an average LSU team.

'59 in a landslide. They had a real chance at #1 that year. The loss against LSU Saturday night is just the first of two more.

We have very different definitions of rape. Three points isn't a rape. Does all of this reverse-melting by certain LSU fans mean y'all have finally accepted our desperate pleas for a rivalry?!?!

I don't get why y'all are upsest with the 59 game. Later that year we beat y'all 21-0 to win the sugar bowl.

21-0

I was talking to two Ole Miss fans (awesome people I might add) at the game Saturday night about how eerily similar that season was to 2011 for LSU. The older guy (obviously the father of the other Ole Miss fan) was extremely excited that he had someone else to discuss the '59 season with. Especially with me being much younger than him (25) and him having to endure the Billy Cannon highlights prior to the game.

Carry on with whatever it is we are arguing about now...

Big brothers don't obsess over the Mississippi schools as is going on this week. Count the threads on this page directed at State and/or Ole Miss. Kind of funny but sad all at the same time.

its because we dont have a rival. so the mississippi schools are the teams de jour for lsu to mess with.

also. the proportion of lsu fans compared to all other fanbases will make them naturally start more threads
