Does that seem a little high to my fellow non biased SEC brethren? We have common opponents of Florida and Louisiana-Monroe. We lost to the Gators in triple overtime while LSU beat them by a field goal. We beat Monroe by 34, LSU beat them by 31. I know comparing opponents is dangerous, but it seems like LSU -7 is more appropriate.

No one knows, truthfully. I could see LSU winning by 2 tds or losing by 2 tds. This team doesn't have a clear identity, yet. But, I do like the grit and determination I saw last night.

7 or 8 is more appropriate, but this honestly is a pretty good match-up for LSU.

I think they'll win by double digits.

Why did I think the game was in Lexington?

The game is in Death Valley at night. That's not ideal for my Cats, but we'll see.

Bet the house on Kentucky. If LSU wins it's by 7 or less.

This isn't your typical Kentucky this year, nor is LSU the dominant force on D they've been in years past

LSU's power running game scares me a lot considering the problems we've had with this year. Matt Elam getting a lot of snaps will be key this game. When he's out, I wouldn't be surprised to see us put 8-9 guys in the box and make their QB beat us.

Why do you figure?

Kentucky is terrible against the run, and has a bad defense overall.

UK will get them some points, but LSU should run the ball down their throats all night.

It's a good match-up for LSU. Towles is a decent QB, but he still has a lot of developing to do. Still not amazing going through his progressions.

I like LSU something like 33-20.

Sourrier keeps running the ball and we win. Ifs and buts though. It is one of their weaknesses. I thought the game was in Lexington so I was giving UK a chance. Idk about Death Valley at night though.

The secondary is pretty meh too. They have a lot of takeaways, but they are out of position a lot.

3 of those takeaways were against Vandy, too.

Dupree is a good player. But besides that, I'm not really too impressed with much else about their defense.

I agree. Stack the box and force Jennings to beat you. Florida knew LSU was giving the ball off to Fournette every time we were in the I-formation. Fournette still went off for 140 yards.

Kentucky defense is allowing 155 yards a game against the run. Stacking 8 or 9 guys in the box is the best thing to do and hope uk offense can shorten the game.

I dont get how a win over UF stopped the melt on TD.

UK will score two touchdowns quick. LSU fans will start booing and leaving, then go home.

Meltdown:[ON]OFF

Get on TD and talk about how they knew that line was bullshite, discuss/troll who will replace Les and LF needs to be benched, come to tRant to dickride MSU/West.

You realize UK is 15th in pass defense and top 30 scoring defense overall in the nation. Oh, UK had several take always on South Carolina as well. So I would not say UK's defense is horrible. Only way LSU puts up numbers is if they run the ball.
