During Saban's presser last night he said he overruled Kiffin on the fourth and short play call. Saban said Kiffin wanted to give it to the RB, but Saban wanted a QB sneak.
We all know what happened next. The QB tried to jump over a pile and was crushed.
AJ tried to tell you that Saban would try to dabble in the offensive play calls, but you guys said he should STFU. I guess AJ will keep his insider information to himself now.

That isnt handcuffing the offense, that is changing one play.

It was the right call though, im sure you remember our short yardage rb runs in the iron bowl. Well our center was also out in that game and those didn't work out to well. If you aren't getting a push don't take the ball further away from the LOS. Also doubt aj was talking about 4th and inches in terms of opening up the offense.
