Do it, it's definitely worth it even if only to just get Wave. I charged my phone in like 20 seconds today. Amazing.

I have a 5 and updated. Noticeable battery drain now. I wish I could roll back to 7. this is my number one gripe about iOS after switching from android last year.
Android was a hot mess, but if I didn't like an update I could roll back. Not so with iOS.

I've been fine on 5. No difference on battery.
I've installed SwiftKey and liked that. Haven't found any widgets i am in love with.
