"Sitting up" at the hospital is the worst. My aged dad is a very sick man and my aged mom insists he cannot be left alone...in a hospital full of health care folks that check on him every few minutes. But these people gave me life so I am here. Sitting in the dark reading the SecR.

Those people won't always be there, and if you were dying I'm sure you would want your child to be there as well.

I hate that for you. I was in and out of the UAB ICU for my FIL a couple of years ago for three months. He's still here though. I'll keep you and your dad in my prayers.
