Marshall is on par with Frazier. We have White coming in next year, and Queen the following. Let's see what JJ can do. At least get him some snaps in an SEC game.

i don't want to see them do something stupid and desperate. Leave Johnson alone this year and let the team gel back together. Just take the lumps this year and prepare for next year.

If they hadn't redshirted him and let him play the whole year I would be fine with it. But throwing JJ out there starting into the meat of our schedule without any easy games for him to get a feel going is just stupid.

It's only the 4th game. Let him get some experience. If Marshall isn't the man then why let him ride out the rest throwing 50% cmp. You don't redshirt guys when you're in our situation.

Honestly, I think he has played considerably better now the rain is starting to clear up. Had some nice balls and running well

I haven't been impressed with his running yet this year. He is fast as hell but doesn't seem to be elusive. Manziel can just make people miss but Marshall doesn't seem to have that.
As far as his passing, he just seems to damn raw at this point. We have few games that we should do fine with but if he doesn't throw it like a champ in College Station we will lose by 100 and against Ole Miss, we might lose at home by 50.
