Some tornado hit some rural area but I don't think it was Goshen or Elkins. Whats the reason Fay never gets hit? Seems it always misses...

All the mountains and shite around make it tough. Tornado would have to drop down right on faytteville. If it ever does again it'll be a very bad deal.

Dan Skoff has used the hashtag #fayettefizzle to refer to how storms seem to weaken rapidly upon approaching Fayetteville.

Benton County doesn't benefit from the same kind of rapid uplift in topography, so they tend to get more of whatever blows in off the plains.

I hope to hell it holds, because the shite Oklahoma has been getting is awful.

I swear, Moore Oklahoma and those OKC burbs get devastated by tornadoes like every 4-5 years. Its a regular thing.
