Geno Smith? WVU
Matt Barkley USC

They both ended up failing to meet expectations but the hype will still be there when they have their pro-days and combine performances most likely.

If I were him I'd probably go just because there are desperate teams out there and not much to compete against but I personally hope he stays.

Ah, forget about it... the more I think, the more I realize he'll end up like David Green in the pros.. and the NFL scouts prolly realize this.

Just can't believe how many NFL teams need a quarterback

AM has 3 degrees. Surely that means he has a basic understanding of finance and risk vs reward.

David Green got paid handsomely and has NFL QB on his resume and cocktail napkins...

Uhhh...

Geno Smith
Matt Barkley
Tyler Wilson
Tyler Bray
Mike Glennon
Ryan Nassib
Zac Dysert
EJ Manuel

Maybe not all would go ahead of Murray, but most probably would. He's 5'11" and buckles under pressure. It is what it is.

An extra year of making a million a year.

If he has a bad season or gets injured he will get paid around 100k a year working for bubba.

If he comes back, his stock will not rise.

From a business decision perspective, It's a no brainier, Jefferson.

Murray will be rich no matter what he does. Even if he comes back UGA and shits the bed, gets a brain injury, knee compounded, he'll still find a way to make millions of dollars. He can simply license his name to a Gwinnett county Ford dealership, show up for big sales and sign autographs, and he'll be a millionaire.

NFL money is different for different people. If I was a poor kid from a poor family, played a position that noone really cared about, and someone in the NFL wanted to pay me alot of money, I'd go, frick the degree, and frick the draft round. But Murray is not in that position.

His room mate... Lynch... who caught a TD from Murray today... said two weeks ago that Murray is 100% coming back, he scoffed and laughed at reports that Murray was on the fence.

Murray isn't Jarvis Jones.... He's a short QB from a well-to-do family.... with 5 degrees and SEC records to break.

Business decisions are relative.

I'm taking into consideration that Murray is being recruited by NFL owners right now... they wanted Barkley to prove himself and play another year... I bet they want Murray to come out now.

Todd McShay can name 9, apparently McShay has him ranked the number 10 QB in this years draft. Now I'm not an expert but apparently McShay gets paid for his opinion.
