Now before you Mizzou fans go crazy on me.....

If the Big Ten can't get the Domers on board and ND goes all ACC, and it is the "BIG TEX-arse 12" that crumbles with teams going west, would Mizzou bolt for the BIG10 money if they offered when ever the expansion money grab comes next time around?

Um no.

The biggest myth in all of this is that MU preferred the Big10. If you think that you have no idea what you're talking about.

Highly doubt it, as in I think less than a .1% chance. Honestly we don't get much respect around these parts, imagine how that would be if we switched to the B1G within a few years. Plus if we switched we would just be junior members for 5 years which is the reason we balked in the first place. Point is, sorry y'all are stuck with us :DWI:

Is this the 1000th thread asking essentially saying the same thing? On second thought, that might be a conservative number.

Not that I think Mizzou is a bad add.....

I think in a few years or so, they will get used to the week in and out grind of the SEC. I really don't know if have they that mental part down yet. All it takes is confidence. When it comes to athletes I think around the country the Top 5% say 6-7 teams have elite talent and are on a different level. Other than those elite I think top 75% from each major conference has comparable talent and the things that separate them are coaching, money, and luck. Every other intangible can from those three things.

Plus I hope to make a trip Mizzuo for a battle of the Tigers!

What is really misunderstood by you, and most SEC fans is this has been the worst year for Mizzou in like 8 years.

We've played this season mostly without our starting QB and missing 4 of 5 0-linemen. We're not LSU, we can't compensate for that kind of loss.. we were doomed from day one, which is why I made a thread titled "Seasons Over" before game one on a local board.

What's also greatly misunderstood by SEC fans is this:

How many programs have gone on the 8 win streak that Mizzou has gone on? Less than 10.

Mizzou has been a top 10 program for getting players drafted in the first round over the last 5 years.

Not many athletic departments are solid in both major sports.

Not many states have two major league cities.

To say Mizzou was a bad add is just a childish remark.

I NEVER said Missouri was a bad add at all. I like the addition because the SEC is more national with you guys, and I'm a basketball fan in the SEC.....I didn't know if the Big Ten was there with something would a flip flop ever happen. I hope it doesn't. Hell, I love seeing you come back and make Tenn 0-7.

If only you could of pulled out that damn Fla game...

Every time I think we're friends, I pop into a thread to find you bad-mouthing my team.

And no, no way in hell Mizzou leaves. B1G had their chance, and offered us a junior membership. To which we said, thanks, but GFY. We are in the best conference, and there is no need to speculate about nonsense.

I wasn't meaning you directly, but the overall consensus on this board, and even in this thread is that Mizzou is a bad add. That's why I said that.
