Do LSU fans care about the SEC championship?

I've heard some say it's unfair to have to play UGA, then have to face a team like Alabama for the BCS title.
It should be an honor to play in the game.
Winning the SEC Championship should rank up there with any championship.

They are all focused on ole miss and if they can figure out a way to rack up 70 on them.

That's not what LSU fans have said at all. We say it's unfair to have to play a "play-in" to the MNCG while Bama gets a first-round bye.
The SECCG IS an honor because its so damn hard to win this conference. Which is the exact reason Bama shouldn't be in the MNCG

This is pretty much correct.... Of course every lsu fan cares about getting the sec championship first.

This makes so much sense, its crazy. Very good point. I have always been against a rematch of any teams for the title, because if you end up with the teams splitting the two meetings, one gets the crystal and the other gets shite. If you're gonna have a rematch you have to do best of 3 with home/home and neutral. Which is ridiculous also.

Exactly LSU beats Bama, and Bama gets the BYE week. That's why there shouldn't be a rematch.
