Nobody has recruited like Oats has. The number of skilled players that he has accumulated every year tailored specifically to his playing style is unprecedented at Bama.

Evidently we will only sign LBs and then train and assign them to new positions. Or perhaps LB types are the only players that want to come here. Don’t know....

We have never seen Basketball recruiting like this at Alabama. Accumulation of talent is unprecedented. Sanderson couldn’t recruit like this; he rarely ventured out of the SEC hunting grounds.
We could always recruit one or two great players but never in such numbers....
