Fasting is easiest for me. I only eat between 6pm to Midnight, usually only one solid meal. Light cardio. I'm down 20 lbs in less than 2 months. I also eat whatever I want thus far which is huge for me sticking with it. Still drink 3-4 days a week usually depending on what I'm doing....

They'll cancel it and there's nothing you can do about it...

We will finally compete in football when NWA has tripled in size in 20 years. I just don't see us competing until it happens. We lose just as many south Arkansas guys as we get these days to other SEC teams...

Every person that wants to vote should have to go to their predetermined voting location and vote in person. Make it a week long process versus a single day. Check ID's as they do to get on a flight. If you can't make it then that's on you. If you want to vote bad enough you will schedule it in....
