re: Car window tint in BR
What’s the difference between regular tint from 20 years ago and ceramic tint?
About 350. But seriously, it's the heat that gets through. The type of tint is what blocks the heat, not just the shade of it. I went with the darker tint for aesthetics. ...

re: 6' or 8' privacy fence for backyard?

Posted by BMoney on 5/8/24 at 10:36 am
Replaced our fence 2 years ago, and went with 8 feet as well as building it up a few inches so that rain water would not sit on the boards and rot them. Results in a little more than an 8 foot fence, that I wouldn't change at all. We had the same issue in that our pool pad was built up and I could s...
What’s the rough pricing? I’m just looking to do a small sedan to keep it a little cooler for the next two years before we sell. Last time I did my car in 2016 (doing my wife’s car this time) it was around $250.
Did my 4Runner with their top of the line ceramic 5% on all of my w...
I’m playing in the morning. Hate to hear that. Should I try to go to Clark?
It's been about a month since I played Clark, but it was in good shape then. Greens were running pretty fast then. They still have trouble accepting shots, so plan for that on your approach and chips. I ...

Ai Smoke Triple Diamond is the best driver I've ever hit. Kicked the Titleist TSR4 out of my bag. Have hit the longest drives of my life over the last 2 months with it....

Played Webb after work yesterday. The fairways are in really nice shape. The greens are not. They were either fuzzy, had a bunch of poa or they were dead. Or a combination of all 3 on the same 10 foot putt. It's awful. I played City Park on Saturday and their greens (except 7) are all in much better...

I think you either love or hate the Srixon soles. I hated them. But lots of people love them....
I didn't really care for the guy at first because of the face tattoos and weight, but he won me over with this Senate testimony. [embed]https://youtu.be/M_NULoJyNAw?si=EgdLwDtoBgL2KpRH[/embed]...

Just seeing this thread, but it brings me back to my dad. He passed a year ago in February after a few year bout with dementia. I don't have a whole lot of advice that hasn't already been said. But a few things stand out: - Take care of the primary caregiver. My mom was my dad's primary careg...

Flying termite season is here

Posted by BMoney on 4/29/24 at 2:41 pm
Saw my first flying termites yesterday evening, and it reminded me that it's that time of year. So remember to turn your outside lights off just after dusk, particularly the ones around doors that you'll be opening and closing. The next few weeks will only get worse....
I’d like to see a little expanded practice area like Webb has now if possible. Seems like the greens could be fixed easily.
Bumping this to say I played City Park on Saturday. All the greens are in really good shape right now, with the exception of 7. The grass on it is actually fi...
