re: Catalpa worms- what happened to them?

my wife had Catalpa worm trees, as she calls them, growing up. She'd collect them and sell them as bait from her front yard. Never misses a chance to point out Catalpa worm trees wherever we may be....

great timing on this thread. 30 year anniv this year and wife has mentioned Hawaii. is flying from ATL any less of a pain jet lag wise than flying to/from Europe? She says the London/ATL flights take too long to recover from. Is Hawaii any better? worse?...

It's been a few yrs since I ate inside and got a drink but the language a McD's operator used to explain the move is straight from a Dilbert strip. “It’s an evolution towards convenience and (the result of) the growth of digital service," huh? somebody please translate....

re: I flew on Spirit this past weekend.

we've flown several times ATL to Baltimore no issues. yes, it's the Greyhound of the skies, and flying into ATL you're likely to be put in timeout waiting for a gate, and I can make do for 1:45 flying time without drinks and IFE. That said, me and the wife are taking Frontier from ATL to BWI Thur...
