The Phillies look like the class of the National League and perhaps all of baseball at the moment which makes this that much worse.
Anything can happen in October, though. There's no reason the Braves can't get a wildcard. Let the Phillies have a week off in October. See how they respond.

Once the dam broke with lawyers winning a lawsuit and thusly getting paid, you can't get rid of them. They'll keep finding ways to use the courts to extract as much money as possible from this situation because they DGAF...
