Absolutely, but the big 12 wouldn’t (CU, OU, and Texas - PAC 12; Nebraska - Big Ten; Mizzou and A&M - SEC). The big 12 would have turned into the equivalent of the American conference or whatever it is that Tulane, Memphis, etc play in....
