He is only a sophomore correct ? If he never threw one in HS( prolly not needed) , it can take a bit to get the feel/command of it … especially the command needed for SEC level competition . Heck he can still be back end with two pitches but his command is horrible ...

Hopefully Hess has a good start and our bats come alive tomorrow . LSU used their lefty out of the pen today who starts some Sunday games so hopefully they are thin on arms ...

Retired two years ago from teaching/coaching… heck no I don’t miss it. I miss the kids and co workers but not most of the BS that went with it. I Have a part time job with some friend's catering business ( hardest job ever :lol:) but it is nice I can work basically when/if I want to. ...
