I hate that I'm saying this but I don't even care if we are tampering. Mizzou was on the short end of that stick from a ton of bluebloods for ever.
This isnt a shot at you because you're a OSU fan, but up until the last few years it was every non blue blood fan complaining about tampering, now ...

Not sure, but a few I'd consider for these reasons
LSU - a decent amount of folks from down there moved up here, handful because of hurricane, so I see LSU stuff here and there.
Florida - I go there a lot
UGA - I've never met a UGA fan up here, so never been annoyed, and the fans there we...
