Rankings absolutely mean shite. But Jimbo showed a complete and utter inability to develop talent. All I could do was shake my head when I saw McKinley Jackson drop to the third round in the draft. Just one of many examples. Maybe Elko will do a better job. Duke had a few guys taken in the draft.

Jimbo was also guilty of roster mismanagement. Loading on DL and wide receiver while ignoring other positions. He did the same at FSU
