I've talked to a lot of Texas A&M football fans. I have been schooled about what is important. The Texas A&M greatest recruiting class of all time is of greater importance than Georgia's or Bama's or LSU's recent titles. It is more important than the 2 UF titles from the 2000s and it is more important than the Texas 2005 undefeated championship season that put a stop to CFB's greatest dynasty. Texas A&M knows what matters. No one needs their trophy case filled when you have the best recruiting class

Yes, everyone believes you. This is exactly what Aggies say.

Sure, we are so proud of the best recruting class ever. Yes, that is all we care about.

Cant wait for the cry babies with dildos to see what the SEC is truly about. And Sark....who has a horrible record against ranked teams. Good luck next year as you will need it. Horns down is a thing in the SEC. Luv it.

All of the others came nowhere close to their hype or potential.

That is just an indictment of Aggie coaching and culture. There is no way all but one of the players from the top ranked recruiting class of all time just suck. Recruiting services miss on some recruits. They don’t miss on all of them.

And we will continue to laugh at you and your mouthbreathing ilk as you continue to embarrass yourselves year after year.

Don’t be that kind of coworker. Take them under your wing. Show them the ropes. Teach them what you have learned over the years.

As usual, you leave out key details or just flat out get them wrong.
In other words, that number 1 class was an epic fail. I wouldn't blame it all on the players though. Jimbo had a lot to do with it.

To be fair, the Aggie boosters 100% had the right idea.. they just chose the wrong path.. had they spent that money on the portal instead of high school recruits, they might have seen better results.

Florida State for example..
10 players drafted this weekend
9 were from the portal

and if their QB doesn't get hurt, they 100% would have made the playoff..

Now this also show that Norvell or someone on his staff has a really good eye for identifying talent.. so you need that as well.

If you notice most the shitheads didnt last long at other schools. A bunch of bad character guys. Elko is very serious about not allowing the pre-Madonnas which are invading D1 football due to NIL.

So you all are going to recruit on "character" now?

And leave all those "bad character" 5 stars for the rest of us?

Texas finished 4-2 against ranked teams last year en route to a No. 3 overall finish, which is higher than any aggie team in over 80 years. Sark coached that team, didn't he?

Roughly half of the class is gone, they'd still be highly ranked though, despite the departures.

We told them this would happen and they didn't believe us at the time.

So you would agree that losing a head coach would be worth about 30 outgoing transfers?

That really isn't it at all. We knew the hired guns wouldn't translate for A&M, and that ultimately Jimbo wouldn't be able to handle it. Of course, the result of those things is Jimbo being fired, but that was the result and not the cause. The cause was A&M overpaying a bunch of kids that really didn't want to play there, or for Jimbo.
