Even with it being early in the season, I thought he should’ve went one more inning. He was at maybe 70 pitches, right?

Absolute hanger by Gage. Looked good outside of that but big one to hang up there.

78. Someone on twitter was saying he was possibly on a pitch count.

78 makes more sense. I thought he was at 53 after 5, but maybe that was after 4.

Is what it is. Early season pitch counts.

Big time hit by Holt. I think the CF should have caught it though.

Yeah I think it was 66 after 5. Which is still insane with that many strikeouts. I’m fine with taking him out at 78 pitches this early in the year.

Absolute hanger to Wilmsmeyer and he whiffs. The more I see his bat the less I like it.

His slider control looks terrible.

Announcers say Dietz coming in who I don't even think is available still due to injury.

Faherty’s nuts dropped tonight.

Those last two K’s were huge.

Gotta get control of the off speed stuff in the future, but that fastball was ridiculous.

Man, what a performance to see in person from Hagen.

Also, was on elevator with 7 or so Michigan players. “Is y’all’s baseball fanbase always the size of a football fanbase 5 hours away?”

Hawgeye: “Dude. These are all the folks on the season ticket wait list that can only get reasonable priced tickets away from home.”

I'm surprised Dave doesn't have a bubble suit for him to wait in between innings after the last two seasons.
