This new ON3 ranking update has me super impressed by the new staff's ability to evaluate top flight talent

Why is that not a problem? An OV is a free trip with family, time is not a constraint, another chance to bond with future teammates get wined and dined on schools dime. There is no restriction anymore on the number of OVs you can take.
