They tend to get the pick of the litter so to speak. Figured they'd not be so quick to commit. But I guess their careers tend to lead to making that decision earlier than most sports. Since there's so much travel at the start.

Quality pitching depth seems to have been Dave’s Achilles heel. His defense is normally solid and hitting usually progresses during the season.


If the pitching is solid this could be a great year.
