It was concerning, I remember one sequence where a good pitch was called a ball, then the next pitch, in the same spot, but a few inches lower, appeared ot be a ball, yet called a strike! I hate when umps are inconsistent! :angry:...

While anything can happen, I predict Carolina will win big. But here's to hope that Long Island can at least give them a temporary scare and NC has to use a few pitchers......

I didn't comment on here during the game, but have to admit, I was concerned for several innings. Jump struggled at first and that Wofford pitcher, Little had us off balance with his sinker, too many ground outs. Once he came out, I started to feel better... :cool:...
