Do they not bond jobs of this size? No idea who you'd go to for bond of that size. Wonder how much they left on the table? I bid one the other day, came in 3rd at 24.3 mil, 2nd 24.1, low bidder was 19.8. He's not big enough to eat 4 million, so we might be on the job before it's all said and done....

One of my good friends son (fishing family as there is) got a full ride to Stephen F Austin about 10 years ago through the Bass Fishing Team. Him and his partner won the NC his senior year.
