MGM Park, home of the Biloxi Shuckers.

Plenty of hotels, dining, and parking. Good air service through GPT. Easily accessible by a major highway (I-10). Stadium capacity is only 6,000, but I'd bet if they got a crack at the SEC tournament, they would find a way to add a few thousand more seats. Biloxi does tourism.

Honestly, the only time I've ever been in the stadium is at the end of a half marathon (the finish line was in the stadium). But I think I'll take the kids this summer.

MGM is a nice ballpark. Capacity is low but Biloxi would be a good venue.

With 16 teams and everyone making it, why not just rotate the Tournament around the conference the way they do golf, tennis, track etc?

Every 16 years you host the tournament. Just about everyone has a quality ballpark to do so. Missouri, Vandy and UGA are short on capacity but hopefully they could accommodate it in the future. If not then
Vandy, Mizzou and UGA could possibly move to bigger stadiums in Nashville, Springfield and Gwinnett respectively.

So like a 2 hour drive in Houston rush hour traffic.

Yep. Granted it's been a few years since I've been there, Houston traffic is awful.

frick off Aggie. You sons of bitches have just become whiny, insufferable counts. The SEC has made many bad decisions. The worst was letting Texas A&M join.

20 miles in Monster Houston Traffic. Very Bad Idea. No Thanks.

We fought Houston (League City) traffic for 3 years and said FRICK this! Trying to get in and out of Downtown on I-45 or 610 between 3pm and 8pm was a Nightmare on week days. (Not as bad on Sat and Sun)

If you took a poll of NFL Coaches, Players and Fans, the Super Bowl would be in New Orleans every year!

Now if you're talking Metairie/Kenner with Zephyr Field, you'd be correct!
