Ok- trying to figure out how to make several home games-I figured best guesses would be helpful this far out-

What would you all bet were the kick off times of the first 5 games- I know it’s sort of a futile exercise but worth asking…

Would there be a chance Ala A&M or New Mexico would be 6pm SEC network kicks?

I would assume Okla could get a more prime slot- maybe Cal at night too…

Would you see any 11 am kicks in the lot?

I thought now that all the SEC games are under the ESPN/ABC umbrella game times were going to be set months in advance? Did i misunderstand that?

Doubt that ESPN/ABC likes to wait pretty late for time slots, to get biggest matchups at best times. Only thing you can set in stone is the Big Game at Noon. I think as the season goes on SEC will get more late games due to weather.

My guess:
Ala A&M - Noon SECN+/ESPN+
Cal - 7pm ESPN2
New Mex - Noon ESPN2
Arky - 7:30 ESPN2
OK - Prime time slot (which I think is 7pm for ESPN)
UGA - 3:30 ESPN
Mizzou - 3:30 ESPN2
UK - 7pm SECN
Vandy - Noon SECN
ULM - 3:30 SECN
Texas A&M - 7:30 ESPN2
Alabama - 3:30 ABC - right after OSU/Mich with Clem/USC, UGA/Ga Tech, or UNC/NCST after and finish with late game of AZ/AZ St

Thanks, this is helpful. Trying to line up Friday night lights and whether I need to hit the road late Friday or early Saturday.

Yea, it was also my understanding the primary game would be at 8:00 p.m., not 3:30 p.m. But I guess we’ll see.

Whether the prime time game is at 12 or 8 that will be a change for sure- regardless of if AU playing in it. Prefer the 2:30/3:30 afternoon kick but guess we’ll have to adapt.

Someone named Brett McMurphy (I personally don't know what that it) just posted that the majority of SEC game times will be announced by late June.

Take it for what you will.
