I have about 7 5/8 inch wrists and I own the Maratac Mid Pilot. It wears bigger than a typical 39 mm watch due to the lug to lug length and case thickness. I think the 46 mm would look too big on 7 inch wrists. ...

I have an 03 Tacoma very similar to that with 153k miles. Only problem I've had was the catalytic converter crapped out on me. Other than that no issues. Runs like a champ...
