would trade Hawkins to upgrade the center/PF position. Hawkins is not going to pass Murray, Jones, or Murphy on the depth chart. So at best he is coming off the bench.
Herb is so nice defensively and is money on the catch and shoot, but I think he's the odd man out (CJ also) if Hawkin...

Bro has the potential to be the best catch and shoot player in the NBA for 8+ years. As far as spot up catch and shooting, I'm pretty sure he will definitely reach the top of the NBA % wise multiple years in his career. I gotta pay more attention to how he moves off the ball as far as weaving around...
Zion has played really well on offense, and I don't care what anyone says, he looks fat and lazy, and nothing like the guy that was playing at the end of last season as far as being in shape goes.
This is the absolute truth and he is definitely the in season tournament size right now.

He looks the size he was during the play in tournament, which is the worse shape he has ever been in.
It's all type of gut around his mid section smh...

re: Still think bro will be MVP this year, but Zion is still 10+ pounds heavier than the 2022
His hips are always going to look big. Just look at how he walks. He is built wide like a woman.
This is somewhat not true, unless his body naturally spread out after college, his extra weight comes from fat and weight lifting, adding muscle on top of fat.
Look at 285 Zion at Du...

False. He was #3 in MVP rankings before he got hurt in Jan of 23. He woulda been a top MVP candidate in year 2 if the team was better, he made history that year. You are wrong bruh....

You obviously didn't look at the 2022 video that was posted when his face had no fat and his neck was skinny.
He was smaller in 2021 which is the best shape he ever was in as a pro (outside of the pre season games his rookie year, he gained the extra weight during that injury)...

Zion gets to the basket on drives more than any other player in the NBA by a large margin lol, more than Bron at any level in his prime also.
This is out of shape Zion last year, in year 2 he had the most drives to the basket per game in NBA history.
No matter what shape he is in (except that ...

He literally looks the EXACT same size as media day 2023. Like EXACT in every way except the beard. Look for yourself.

Same amount of fluff on the face, shoulder, arms, and mid section.
Not "Bad" shape at all, but definitely 10+ heavier than ...

Media day.
You can easily see a difference in body mass from here
https://youtu.be/KyA4e_-9Hm4?si=TKhiDGdNkn-zokxb (look at the arms and shoulders and see how low his body fat was in 22)
To the vids from yesterday. There is still a lot of fluff on his frame and his mass is still up there. ...

And his face was A LOT skinnier at 285, that's natural maturity, but we will know FOR SURE whenever he gets back down to 285. I feel that was the perfect weight for him. I doubt he can get back to that though. ...

If Duke Zion was 285, right now id say he's about 295 just due to body development while maturing. At Duke Zions arms were lean and his mid section didn't have ANY fluff to it.
Right now he's fit asf, but I want to see him lean and at 285 again. Hopefully he can get there this season, but he need...

"he's so historically efficient in the paint, we don't get to see how good of a shooter he is"
I have been saying this for years. He's been able to make spot up jumpers, post up fadeaway jumpers, and dribble pull up jumpers at every level, and heals made in the NBA when he took them. Dude gets ...
