During Alabama's game against Florida Saturday night the cameras caught coach Nick Saban yelling at his QB A.J. McCarron. So what was he saying? Saban told Alabama.com....
quote:

“I was trying to get him to settle down, and after about the fourth or fifth time of saying, ‘Will you settle down?’ – ‘Settle down! Settle down! Settle down!’ – then I probably said something I wish I wouldn’t have said,”

“Because when your daughter tells you, it really makes you feel bad.”
Awe schucks, Nicky.

Yes Red Stick Tigress, his daughter is old enough to know what the F word is, but there are a lot of young kids, especially impressionable young boys who watch college football on TV who may or may not know what the F word is. If they see Nick Saban, who is supposed to be a leader of young men (at least that the excuse he gave for leaving the Miami Dolphins and getting back into coaching college football), using it to yell at his own player, maybe it sends a message thats its ok to use it when yelling at their teammates, sibblings, friends, or even parents.

I saw this. McCarron came off the field after UF had a couple of penalties for doing things "after the play." While coming of the field, McCarron was jumping up and down doing the "Tebow," and Saban never said, "Settle down." He pulled the, "Calm the frick Down!!!" Everyone saw it...oh well.
