According to a warranty deed filed Monday in the Washington County Circuit Clerk's office, former Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino has sold his Fayetteville mansion for $1.7 million. Apparently, he and his wife threw down $2.25 million for it back in March of 2008, making it a $550,000 loss. Here are a few pics of the house...

I'm looking forward to moving to Fayetteville. If found a great house will a nice pool in the front. I hope I can go to a few Hog's games while I'm in down.
