Freshman Patience Beard from Texarkana, AR had her left leg amputated when she was nine months old—the result of Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency (PFFD), a disease that affects bone growth. But that has not stopped her from becoming a part of the Razorback's cheerleading squad. The only difference between her and her fellow cheerleaders - a zebra-patterned prosthetic that allows her to perform every maneuver they ask of her. And she's cute.
