Tulane owes State a six-figure payout still to be determined in exchange for canceling the final game of the series, according to Jackson Clarion-Ledger.

There's a list of FBS teams that still need a spot to fill on their schedules, so they'll probably not have any issues replacing that game……. but if it comes down to it, and they are looking for an FCS school willing to make the trip to Starkville, they should give East Tennessee State University a ring, a school that's restarting their football program this year and would jump at the chance to play an SEC team in just their second year back.
