AthonSports.com ranked the top 40 best players to play in the SEC during the BCS Era, and former Florida Gator quarterback Tim Tebow was ranked No. 1. Here is the Top 10:

Homerism aside... Patrick Peterson outside of the top 10 must be a joke.

The fact that AJ McCarron is at #6 and Barrett Jones is #10 while PP is #15 completely invalidates this. Don't get me wrong, they were good players, but no where near the level of Peterson
