A University of Tennessee freshman football player was “running around” Interstate 40, near James White Parkway, early Sunday when officers arrested him for public intoxication, court documents said.

Local authorities said 18-year-old Andrew Lee Butcher’s breath had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet when they spotted him around 1:45 a.m.
The University of Tennessee made a statement and said that this situation "will be handled internally.”

I am pretty sure a court and a judge will have a huge say about an internal punnishment at UT. FATPHIL always thought he was judge and jury. He got his big arse fired for lying and deceit. Long gone and for good. Sorry excuse for a human being. Coach Saban ran his fat arse off.
