Earlier this week, Fox Sports announced that they will be hosting the Week 2 matchup between Texas and Alabama, which lends itself to believe it will be at 11 a.m. local time in Austin. Something Longhorns fans are not happy about, but how does head coach Steve Sarkisian feel about the possible early kickoff?

The weather may actually be cooler at 11am. By the end of that game it will be 107 degrees.

Spoken like a man who knows he's going to get kill, regardless of kickoff time. Honestly, an 11am kickoff is better for the horns. Fewer eyes watching them get prison raped.

The early kickoff seems to usually favor the visiting team, as the home team gets caught sleeping and following their usual FRI night rituals, as if Bama didn't need any help. Ole Miss used to try and circumvent that by going to Tupelo on Fridays and driving in on GameDay to control the players.
