Former Tennessee coach Butch Jones made his Crimson Tide debut at Alabama's Pro Day as Nick Saban's offensive analyst. He even had a little convo with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick...

How does Saban continue to have a better shadow staff than 99% of the country's real staff?

Because people want to be a part of a successful program that has a winning culture. Especially, when Saban has shown that the coaches he hires can usually get decent jobs elsewhere, after coaching under him.

This is why he gets former head coaches of big universities to come be on his staff, while someone like O gets the former WR coach from blue bayou state community college to come join his shadow staff. :D

Belichick looks frightened and confused.

Such irony. Remember the video of Butch getting upset about Sweet Home Alabama being played during practice over a loud speaker. Practically shut down practice until it was turned off. LOL!!!
