ATHENS, Ga. -- Georgia Bulldogs cornerback Shaq Wiggins has been released on bail following his arrest for driving with a suspended license.

According to Athens-Clarke County police, Wiggins was pulled over Sunday night for speeding after he was clocked driving 52 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone. The arresting officer's routine check on Wiggins' license found that he had failed to appear in court on an earlier charge, resulting in the license being suspended.
Wiggins is a Freshmen from Tyrone, GA and led the team this year with two interceptions, including one returned 39 yards for a touchdown.
