The Florida Gators landed a big-time commitment for the 2017 class on Wednesday in four-star quarterback Jake Allen.

Allen, A 6-3, 191-pound prospect fromt Fort Lauderdale, FL (St. Thomas Aquinas HS), is the No. 14 pro-style quarterback in the country and the No. 37 overall prospect from the state of Florida for the class of 2017, according to 247 Sports.

The Gators now have 2 commitments for the class of 2017 with Allen on board.
