Mark Richt and the Georgia coaching staff got some good news on Friday when four-star quarterback Bailey Hockman announced that he has committed to the Bulldogs for the class of 2017.

The 6-2, 210-pound prospect from McEachern HS, is rated the No. 2 pro-style quarterback in the country and the No. 3 overall player from the state of Georgia for the class of 2017, according to 247 Sports.

Hockman is Georgia's first commitment for the 2017 class.

Hockman has the ability to push Eason. Bailey moves great to avoid the rush and his release is quick and deadly. The Dawgs are moving on up.
