At a new conference on Monday, Razorbacks coach Bret Bielema announced that running back Alex Collins has been suspended for a week.
quote:

"Alex will be out this week, see how he handles this week and get ourselves moving forward," Bielema said. "You'll probably see that he is not going to be as active on Twitter and everything else as well. He's been removed from all social media until further notice. He's a tremendous young man that has to step up in certain areas to get where we want to be and I think he'll do that."

Collins is the fourth player Bielema said has been given a week suspension during the team's off-season workouts. Scholarship running back Korliss Marshall and walk-ons Bubba Crouch and Nathan Williamson were suspended last week but have rejoined team activities, Bielema said.
Collins rushed for 1,026 yards and 4 touchdowns in 2013 and was named the SEC Freshman of the Year by The AP.

True, a one week offseason suspension shows Bert is a true disciplinarian.

Yeah, because this is such a strict, hard-nosed punishment, ArmyHogs.

Perhaps they could've went the LSU route. Let the team vote.
