Alabama defensive lineman Dee Liner announced Monday that he has been released from his scholarship and will transfer. Per CBS Sports:

It doesn't come as a huge surprise, as the former four-star recruit in Alabama's 2013 class hasn't received a lot of playing time with the Tide, and he was becoming a bit buried on the depth chart.

In his two seasons at Alabama, Liner appeared in only four games, making three tackles.

Officially a bust. This guy was a load coming out of high school. Just never could get with it in college. Good luck to you son, find a place and play your butt off like you can.

Hahahahahahahahahahahah!!

I love it when guys like him fail. Constant trouble with the law in high school, jerks teams around during recruiting, photos with money, etc

What goes around comes around dee.
