Deep....you in technology man! 30,000 foot explaination of his software, is that it shows pixelation is consistent with natural picture taking formats and has not gone through alteration.

15,000 foot view would show you that if someone, let’s say, expanded his arms, some of the pixelation and characteristics around it would be off and not flow properly.....but to they eye on picture, look normal

PS - The Government has much,much better software than this to determine origination and if someone actually reverse-shopped a picture through one of these types of software

Keep in mind that this kid had some pretty severe birth defects/complications that he's fought through his whole life. It would not surprise me if his hands might be a bit undersized.

Of course it could also be a funny angle.
