I doubt any change is made mid-season. Seems like the last time that happened was Ramsey and I seem to remember Donnan kept it hush and demoted him. Hopefully Kirby and Coley can bring in someone that can consult them on making some mid-season changes. What we're doing isn't going to win any championships.
