Our OCC is extremely "winnable." With Maten back, we should have a chance to get some of the younger guards experience. Hopefully

San Diego State-2nd round of Wooden Legacy
St Mary's/Harvard/St Joseph's-3rd game of Legacy could be a loss
@Marquette-probable loss
@UMASS-possible road loss
We also almost always lose a game we shouldnt-See Chattanooga, Oakland

Maybe we will win the exhibition against Michigan St. We may get skunked int he regular season against a team we hope will make the tourney but we will always have the imaginary win against MSU to fall back on

Everything hinges on the development of Jordan Harris, production that comes from the PG position, and finding quality depth behind Maten and DO.
This team has more pieces than any Fox team but there are many unknowns. Would love to have the scoop on how the freshmen are really doing.

It's an exciting time to be a hoop dawgs fan. We've been more successful over the last 3 years than we ever have in our existence.
Now that Maten is a senior, maybe we can win a few games in the tournament.

Until I see differently I am going to assume we have zero guard play to carry us. I have seen absolutely nothing from Turtle, Harris, and Crump to convince me that they can carry us at the guard positions for significant minutes. And Parker is a walking injury with a mediocre midrange jump shot.

This thread is full of disappointment... they're the same as they always are and will always be under Fox... 18-21 wins with a chance to play in NCAA but most likely hosts in the NIT.

Football season even has the basketball cheering on HIGH. Love it...but we all still suffer from CMRPTSD and CMFPTSD. 7-5 coming out of non con play....

Some quality teams on the schedule, would be shocked if we go undefeated in non conference play. At Marquette will be tough, St. Mary's and even San Diego State in the Wooden Classic in Cali is tough. Going to Umass is losable, tech and Temple will be competitive this year. It's a solid schedule.
