You can bet that if one of our LBs had done that to their QB and the penalty had been called, they would easily rationalize that it was a penalty.

How about the guy who punched a player in the face and didn't get ejected? I've seen clean tackles called as targeting when it wasn't, but they won't eject a blatant punch to the head? frick em.

Your talking about this idiot? It was blatantly obvious but what do you expect from that Big 10 Ref? They didn't want UGA to win and did everything possible to keep it from happening.

it was the least egregious of the non-calls and I saw people pushing players to get up multiple times during the year and they didnt get a flag either.

I'm not melting. It was a good game but the officiating sucked. I did post a couple of days ago that I am happy we got to the NCG and they will be coming back in September with a vengeance. I'm just a little ticked about some of the bad calls

We all get bad calls in life, sweetheart. Their kicker missed two short kicks while our kicker made two over 50. We got away with some holding calls on offense, we dropped some passes we should have caught, there's a hundred little things that can swing a game one way or another with two evenly matched opponents.
Let's just let the refs walk on this one. The refs in both of our Auburn games were worse.

I agree. Happens all the time. Again, I am just proud our team got there and I am proud of being a UGA fan. Always have been, with winning or losing seasons.
Just had to vent one time.
I think Kirby will build our team again this year and they'll be back on top again in 2018. Losing a lot of defensive players does not worry me because he did a great job recruiting recently.

If one of our guys had done that, they would have been ejected, worst officiating I have ever seen in that game, I hate blaming zebras, but they butt fricked UGA, with no lube.......

Bulllshit. Nick, Sony, Gurley have all thrown punches at guys after the whistle in games and never been penalized for it. We do the same shite to other teams. It's hard core emotional physical football where you try to get away with anything you can. You are only a bad guy if you get flagged for it.

If the refs got the call right on the punt, it was a false start on them, dead ball, punt block is negated, they get to punt again. Change your tampon.

I have heard that the flag in the punt block was not thrown until it was blocked. They never intended to call a false start so I think it is a moot point and not reviewable.
If they had not flagged us for what they thought they saw, it would have stood as a punt block.

We did nothing wrong......, But they called US for a flag-thus five yards against us, we did not jump offsides-they did, it should have been at the very least a bammer rekick from five years further back.

This is bullshite, the flag isn’t seen on camera until the exact moment of the block. I can’t even believe im having this conversation. Like the ref timed his flag with the punt block with the sixth sense it would be blocked with the malice of forethought to help Alabama win.
If you are a crooked ref there are alot more subtle ways to frick a team that require alot less psychic ability.

Call the plays the right way, if it had been that way, the outcome may have been different, maybe not, but at least fairly
