The issue with a UGA rb winning the heisman is that it just isn't feasible because of how we split reps. Running by committee is our motto and that takes those 1500+yd seasons out of the picture.
Now is Swift capable? Absolutely. I just don't think he will get enough carries

Swift will need a much better PR campaign to have a shot. He’s the best RB in the country that nobody outside of GA knows about...or at least not in the same vein as the publicity other premier backs receive.
