Gross revenue doesn't really define richest. Need net rev/profits...

Still amazing some of the schools we beat revenue wise with a smaller stadium.

SEC Socialism takes from each according to their ability and gives to each according to their need.

"Our" revenue is meaningless.

Oh how rich we are.

What comes crumbling down first?

NCAA or USA?

And, “If you had to name a state, probably GA. Everyone in the vicinity got very excited about the Dawgs to the tune of an $84.1M profit.”

Surely I am reading that wrong, or they typed it wrong.

Don't you $84.1 million is close enough, give or take? You think the Penn report is pulling numbers out their arse?

Do you need a full accounting of every expenditure and revenues made by the FB team? How bout what each coach spends every day on lunch? How bout what each concession at Sanford makes off selling coke?

These are DOE numbers and since we're a public institution I believe most all of our expenditures and revenue are public information.

Good luck searching for exact break downs of P&I.

No, I just like to have all the information before making conclusions. We don't have anything from the balance sheet at all. How can you assess financial condition of any entity if you don't know what cash or liabilities are? Short answer: You can't.

Once again,do you think the Penn report is just making up numbers? Yes or no? If so,why are they pulling numbers from thin air?

The report was NEVER about "cash liabilities" or debt service. It was was about money spent and money received in ONE fiscal year for the FB program.

Not wanting to get into a political debate, nor start a problem with you, Deep, but two points should be made.....

1. This is not government mandated, forced Socialism.
Georgia could walk away from it any time they wanted by leaving the SEC.

2. The NCAA has nothing to do with the SEC way of distributing money.

I do agree that Socialism is a bane on all humanity, and could be the downfall of the USA if AOC, Bernie Sanders and the Democratic Party has their way about it.
