Yeah, it is not hard to defend against getting cut block. Don't let the OL get to your knees and use your hands and leverage to put them face down the dirt. I used to head slap them in the earhole some too.

There should be a rule that if a player is injured by a cut block the next closest defender gets a free shot at the knees of the lineman that injured his teammate

When a DL is as big as Jenkins is, he should just let the cut block work, once.
Let all 350+ pounds of him fall straight down on top of the smaller O-lineman and see if he does it again.
